Cacho de Cabra (= Spanish: goat horn) is an Ají from Chile. The pointed, sometimes strongly curved, thin-walled, red pods of this Capsicum baccatum are very spicy and develop a medium heat. They are dried by the Mapuche, indigenous people of South America, and then processed into Merkén, a seasoning salt. A real classic from Chilean culture!
