If you like Habaneros, then you can’t miss this variety! Bonda Ma Jacques is a very aromatic and very hot Capsicum chinense from the Antilles. Its heat is impressive, but does not come close to the heat of a superhot, which makes it particularly suitable for a hot (but still tolerable) cuisine. Due to its light citrus note, it is particularly suitable for preparing salsas and chutneys.
