Biker Bills Jalapeño

Biker Bill’s Jalapeño is a jalapeño named by Burpee Seed Company (USA) after Bill Hufnagle, a cookbook author and motorcycle legend. In many places the variety is described as very hot. In the Semillas production, the dark red, thick-walled and crunchy pods develop very little or no heat. They also get the corkage on the surface that is typical of jalapeños. The ideal product for the whole family, which can of course be prepared in many culinary ways – for example stuffed, grilled or in salads.
