Criolla de Cocina (= Spanish: Hispanic American cuisine) is an excellent seasoning chili from Nicaragua, which is used in particular for the legendary sweet and sour salsa Criolla Campesina. The small plants of this Capsicum annuum produce very high yields of very aromatic, large, wrinkled pods. They have a thin flesh and develop almost no heat.
