Foodarama Scotch Bonnet Red is the red version of the Scotch Bonnet discovered by Beth Boyd from Houston in Texas (USA) at a market called Foodarama. The crisp and fruity pods of this Capsicum chinense develop a solid heat at Habanero level. Beth Boyd died in 2014 at the age of just 55. She left behind many other great hot pepper creations, just like this one. We are pleased to remember them and their legacy by distributing the Foodarama Scotch Bonnet varieties through our shop.
