Green Sausage

Green Sausage is a uniquely beautiful bush tomato that was developed by Tom Wagner under the name Green Sleeves. It was then brought into the market in 1998 by K. Sahin from the Netherlands. Their ripe fruits are around 4in long. They’re green with yellow stripes and develop a great balance in sweetness and acidity. Since their fruit chambers are not very juicy and their flesh is quite firm, they’re particularly suitable for drying or stuffing.
