Sweet Hungarian

Sweet Hungarian – also called Sweet Banana or Yellow Wax – is a very beautiful Capsicum annuum from Hungary. It ripens from green to yellow (like a banana or yellow wax) over orange and finally to red. Their pods are juicy and sweet and don’t develop any heat. But they still have a particularly spicy flavor. A great product that makes a nice play of colors in a salad or cut into rings on a pizza.
