Tiger Anaheim Orange JC

Tiger Anaheim Orange JC is a beautiful cross developed by Jes Christensen from Denmark. Jes: “Not often one makes a cross, and it takes the best parts of both parents. That happened with this one, it got the crispy sweet and mild taste from Anaheim, and the varigated and striped pods from the Purple Tiger. This varietyit deserves to get out to the pepper community.” We don’t have much more to add to that. The Semillas team thanks Jes for this wonderful product, which was stable from the start in the Semillas’ own production. The pods are about the size of a jalapeño. Due to their crunchy structure and fruity aroma with mild heat they’re ideally processed into salads. Of course, they work just as well in chutneys and salsas. An excellent product that shouldn’t be missing from any chili garden!
