White Naga

White Naga is the light yellow phenotype of Naga Morich. The plants of this Capsicum chinense are well branched. They provide early, high yields of very aromatic and very hot pods with a fruity, sweet note. These ripen from green to a light yellow. You can process this pepper in many culinary ways. Yet, this beautiful variety is also suitable as an ornamental chili. Due to their color, the pods are naturally ideal for producing a light yellow chili powder or flakes.
