Yesil Tatli – or Yeşil Tatlı Biber (= Turkish: sweet green chili) – is a pepper from Turkey. This early Capsicum annuum provides high yields of large, crunchy pods without heat. They ripen from green over creamy yellow to red. They’re of course suitable for all classic pepper dishes, from salsas to pickled peppers to flakes or powder. As the name suggests, in Turkey they’re often processed when they’re still green and unripe.
