Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Prices and Shipping Costs

The prices published in the online shop at the time of ordering, as well as the amounts shown in the order confirmation, shall apply.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the shipping method selected during the ordering process and are shown on the invoice. Shipping costs include standard packaging unless an alternative shipping or packaging option is offered and selected during checkout.


2. Payment and Conclusion of Contract

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the ordering process using the payment methods offered in the shop.

An order is considered binding and released for processing only after successful receipt of payment. If payment is not completed, no purchase contract is concluded. In this case, there is no entitlement to delivery or reservation of the goods.


3. Unavailable or Out-of-Stock Products

If a product that has already been paid for subsequently becomes unavailable, the buyer will be informed in writing by email.

Within three working days of receiving this notification, the buyer may choose between:

  • a refund of the purchase price for the affected product, or

  • a replacement product at the same price, selected by the buyer (subject to availability).

If no response is received within this period, the purchase price will be refunded automatically. No replacement delivery will be made in this case.


4. Warranty, Guarantee, and Information on Germination Rate

The products offered are valued for their quality, varietal purity, and germination ability. Under suitable conditions, a germination rate of 90% or higher can be achieved.

However, actual germination success depends largely on factors beyond our control (e.g. storage, substrate, temperature, humidity, light, sowing time, and cultivation methods). Therefore, the purchase of seeds is not associated with any guarantee of cultivation success.

For best results, it is recommended to carefully read and follow the provided growing and usage instructions immediately after receiving the goods.


5. Delivery, Undeliverable Shipments, and Address Information

The buyer is required to provide a complete and correct delivery address during the ordering process.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information and is lost, there is no entitlement to a replacement delivery or refund.

If a shipment is returned to the sender, there is likewise no entitlement to a refund or re-delivery. This is because international returns—especially those with long transit times—may be exposed to significant weather and transport conditions, which can render the goods (especially seeds) economically unusable.

Delivery reliability notes:

  • When shipping to a business address, the company name and, if applicable, the department must be stated.

  • Delivery to a private address with a clearly labeled mailbox is recommended to ensure smooth delivery.


6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies in accordance with applicable European consumer law. Withdrawal may be exercised without stating reasons and must be declared in text form (e.g. by email).

Once the goods have already been dispatched to the buyer, a withdrawal by declaration alone is no longer sufficient. In this case, the goods must be returned to the seller at the buyer’s own expense after receipt.

A refund will be issued only if the goods are received by the seller:

  • in full,

  • unused,

  • undamaged, and

  • in the original sealed packaging.
